Cancellations and refunds

Effective Date: 01 June 2025

1. Room Bookings

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date will be charged in full and are non-refundable.
  • No-shows and early check-outs are also non-refundable.

2. Experience Bookings

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled experience will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the experience start time are non-refundable.
  • In case of cancellations by Seri House due to weather or other operational concerns, guests will be offered a full refund or rescheduling option.

3. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Any processing fees charged by payment gateways are non-refundable.
  • For bookings made through third-party platforms, refund terms may vary according to their policies.

4. Modification of Bookings

  • Booking modifications (change of dates, number of guests, etc.) are subject to availability and must be requested at least 5 days in advance.
  • Modifications requested within 5 days of the check-in or activity date will be treated as cancellations and are subject to our standard policy.

5. How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation or refund, please email us at reservations@serihouse.com with your booking reference number and details. We will acknowledge your request and guide you through the next steps.
