1. Booking & Payment
- Bookings can be made online via serihouse.com, through online service providers or through our direct contact email: reservations@serihouse.com.
- Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the selected package or experience.
- All payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways. We do not store your payment information.
2. Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in: 1:00 PM IST onwards
- Check-out: by 11:00 AM IST
- Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made up to 7 days before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date are non-refundable.
- No-shows or early departures will not be refunded.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
4. House Rules
- Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.
- Pets may be allowed on a case-by-case basis. Please check with us before booking.
- Guests are expected to treat the property, staff, and other guests with respect.
- Any damage caused to the property will be chargeable to the guest.
5. Experiences & Activities
- All outdoor activities are subject to weather and operational conditions.
- We reserve the right to modify or cancel experiences for safety or logistical reasons.
- Guests participate in activities at their own risk and are advised to have appropriate insurance.
6. Liability Disclaimer
- Seri House is not responsible for any loss, theft, injury, or damage incurred during your stay or participation in experiences.
- While we take necessary precautions, guests are responsible for their own belongings and safety.

- All content on serihouse.com is the property of Seri House and may not be copied or reused without permission.
- You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to hack it, or engage in any unlawful activities while using the platform.
